Adjoa Burrowes also conducts teacher development workshops and special art and writing workshops for teachers. In the Spring of 2004, she conducted workshops for high school art teachers in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands with a grant from the Association of Virgin Islands Art Educators.
She has also done programs for the Kentucky Educational Development Corporation and the Putnam County Teacher Academy, in Winfield West Virginia.
