This series explores the garden as a sanctuary for spiritual, physical, and emotional healing. Many of these monotypes were printed directly from botanicals gifted to me by local gardeners, while others depict imagined landscapes of the future. Rooted in my ongoing research into the historic garden practices of African American women in Virginia, this body of work continues to evolve.
